Certification: The certificate awarded is ‘Process Development Certificate’. To obtain the certification, the following will need to be completed.

  1. Multiple choice online quiz: There will be a set of 50 questions that you will need to submit.
  2. A written quiz: This consists of writing answers and drawing diagrams / graphs and uploading the answer sheet for review.
  3. A hands-on project done at your location: You will have 6 weeks to finish this project. You will need to perform a full process development activity at for a mold at your location. A worksheet will be provided. This will need to be filled out. For the DOE portion, full access to the software will be give to you for the six weeks.
