Welcome to Nautilus Elements!

Nautilus Elements is a free service available to the Injection Molding community provided by FIMMTECH INC. Scientific Molding is one of the three important steps in Injection Molding Process Development. The other two steps are Melt Preparation and Design of Experiments. The final process must be robust, repeatable and reproducible producing parts within the required quality specifications.

On this site, the user will be able to perform the studies and generate all the graphs required for the Scientific Molding Studies, also known as the 6 Step Study. The studies can be saved and printed as required.

We will be adding more worksheets, calculators and other pertinent info to this site soon. Feel free to suggest any additions.

Procedure:

1. Create your account
2. You will get an OTP to the registered email address. The email will come from ‘Nautilus Elements’ with an email address csj@fimmtech.com
3. Make sure to check your Spam folder in case you have not received it in your InBox.
4. Enter the OTP and click on Next
5. Create a password
6. You will now have access to the site.
